Dear Applicant:

 It is our great pleasure to welcome and invite you to join the Rose Tree Woods Swim Club.  You will find that Rose Tree Woods has one of the most beautiful and picturesque settings of all the clubs in the area.  Come and make new friends and enjoy the many facilities and activities offered. Rose Tree Woods has three pools: a pool for swimming laps, a large “T” pool with dual diving wells, and a new children's pool in 2007. Pool improvements include the youth pool replaced in 2007, the lap pool replaced in 2000 and the “T” pool extensively renovated in 2001. All three pools use the Sigma Pools Water Ionization System that safely reduces our use of chlorine and results in cleaner water. Reduced chlorine in the pool water reduces fading of swim suits, less eye irritation, and better smelling water. We also offer a large parking lot, chairs for members, basketball, a full service snack bar, volleyball, shuffleboard court, horseshoes, a nine-hole miniature golf course, and also several acres to just relax. There are fun and competitive swim and dive teams for members. These teams are very active, and are a great way for children to learn new strokes as well as to improve the strokes they already know.

 Rose Tree Woods offers two types of memberships: Bond and August only. Bond members are part owners of the pool and their membership is guaranteed each season. August only memberships are good for the current season only, and must be renewed each year. Memberships are processed sequentially by the date they are received. Rose Tree Woods has membership limits, and there may be a waiting list in effect at any time. August members may convert to a Bond member up until the end of the season of  the current season, as long as there are Bond memberships available.

Membership Descriptions and Costs:

Bond Members Only:

The submitting person, intending to be legally bound, herewith subscribes to purchase one (1) bond of the Rose Tree Woods Swim Club, a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of $300.00, subject to the following terms and conditions;

 1.  A  $300.00 bond payment, a $150.00 non-refundable initiation fee, and all applicable membership dues are to be submitted along with the completed application form.

2.   All membership dues must be paid annually, in full by April 30, or late fees will be assessed.

3.   Your $300.00 bond will be refunded after you terminate your membership in writing (before the invoice due date of the season of termination), and your bond is sold.
